Being pulled in different directions to changing the way you show up in every part of your life
Before I started working with Claire, I felt like every part of my life was pulling me in a different direction. I was a former international student-athlete dealing with the emotional and physical strain of an injury that had shaken my confidence. At the same time, I was in my final semester back in the UK, balancing demanding university assignments with the pressure of developing multiple properties.
Despite being someone who is usually disciplined and driven, I felt stuck. My confidence had dipped, my decision-making became clouded, and I was constantly questioning myself. I knew I needed support, but I didn’t know what kind.
I was hesitant at first. I had never worked with a coach before and wasn’t sure if talking to someone would actually help when the problems felt so practical and overwhelming. Part of me wondered if coaching was just “another thing” to add to my already full plate.
But something in me knew I needed guidance. I wanted clarity, structure, and a space where I could be completely honest without judgment. After my first conversation with Claire, I felt understood. It was clear she didn’t just offer motivational talk — she offered frameworks, tools, and accountability. That was the moment I decided to commit.
Working with Claire has been one of the most impactful personal and professional decisions I’ve ever made. She helped me unpack what was going on beneath the surface using Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, money archetypes, and deep self-leadership frameworks.
Rather than giving me answers, she asked the questions I had been avoiding — the difficult ones that forced me to think, reflect, and take responsibility for the direction I wanted my life to go.
Her structure helped me get clear about what I truly needed before I could perform, decide, or lead effectively. Professionally, I became sharper, more organised, and more intentional. Personally, I rebuilt my confidence, learned to trust my instincts again, and reconnected with the part of me that had always been resilient.
During our time together, I achieved far more than I expected:
Regained confidence after injury and reconnected with my identity beyond sport
Made clearer, more strategic decisions in my property development projects
Completed my final semester assignments with far more balance and self-awareness
Developed a healthier relationship with money and recognised my key money archetypes
Identified and strengthened the leader within me
Created long-term clarity about what kind of man, student, athlete, and professional I want to be
My life now feels grounded. Decisions that once felt overwhelming now feel manageable because I understand where they come from and what needs they’re tied to. I move with more confidence, I communicate more clearly, and I navigate challenges with far more emotional intelligence.
I’m no longer operating in survival mode. I’m operating intentionally — with clarity, confidence, and a renewed belief in myself.
My advice to someone considering working with Claire
If you’re “on the fence,” that’s exactly why you should do it. Coaching isn’t for people who are lost — it’s for people who want to go further, faster, and with more purpose. Claire won’t do the work for you, but she will guide you to become someone who can handle whatever life throws at you with strength and clarity.
My experience has been Transformational.
It felt like shifting from confusion to clarity, from pressure to purpose, and from self-doubt to self-leadership.
Claire is the person you didn’t know you needed. She combines empathy with challenge, structure with intuition, and strategy with genuine care. Her process is grounded, practical, and deeply human. Working with her doesn’t just change the way you think — it changes the way you show up in every part of your life.
