Core Values are an integral part of personal & professional life
Michael Harle from Prosper Accountancy started working with Claire at Accendo Coaching about 12 months ago. Here he shares his experience of working with Claire as his coach.
"What I wanted out of a business coach was somebody who I could use as a sounding board. Someone who I could ask those pertinent questions to who wasn't necessarily in the business, but understood me, understood what I was trying to achieve, and trying to get the best out of me and my business."
"The best financial advantage of working with Claire from a business perspective was when we went back and I was able to revisit some of the clients that I was working with. Some of the clients who maybe I was providing service to, that weren't being priced appropriately, and actually being able to go back and having what initially we felt were difficult conversations with those clients. They didn't end up being difficult conversations because I was able to demonstrate the value that we actually give to clients and then being able to charge them appropriately, which has had a positive effect on the bottom line."

I now know what my values are which I didn't fully understand before so by working with Claire, she's been able to coax out what those values are. This then goes into my personal life as well as my business."

I've got to work with clients who understand integrity throughout everything that I do and there's got to be mutual respect from both sides. The client gives me respect, I give them respect and then everybody's happier."
