Wellbeing Workshop

This interactive workshop has recently been run as a CPD event for the 3 Shires Coaching group, corporate businesses and in schools. During this session Claire Cahill - Leadership & Confidence Coach & Debbie Inglis - Performance Coach & Trainer explore the 5 ways to Wellbeing.
During the session they aim to: - 
  • Energise your mental, physical & emotional wellbeing
  • Raise awareness to the "5 Ways to Wellbeing"
  • Identify your current levels of wellbeing for each of the 5 key areas
  • Try out practical ways to increase and energise your wellbeing
  • Create a Personal Wellbeing Action Plan to take away & implement immediately
