This interactive workshop has recently been run as a CPD event for the 3 Shires Coaching group, corporate businesses and in schools. During this session Claire Cahill - Leadership & Confidence Coach & Debbie Inglis - Performance Coach & Trainer explore the 5 ways to Wellbeing.
